Information you provide

When you send an inquiry or order request, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email, selected products and quantities, city or ZIP code, fulfillment preference, and message. If you later arrange a purchase, delivery or support, you may provide additional contact and order details needed for that service.

How the website works

The inquiry and cart forms prepare a draft in your email app. Information typed into those forms is not automatically sent to us; you must send the draft. Your email provider processes the message when you send it. No online card checkout is currently enabled, and these forms do not collect card or banking information.

Cart storage and service providers

This site stores product identifiers and quantities in your browser’s local storage to remember your cart on that device. You can remove items or clear your browser’s site data. Your contact form details are not saved in that cart storage. The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites, and fonts load from Google Fonts. Requests to these services may include your IP address, browser information, and requested resource. Their handling of information is also subject to their respective privacy policies.

Use and sharing

We use information you send to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate orders and fulfillment, provide support, and maintain necessary business records. Order information may be shared with service providers needed to carry out your request, such as email providers and delivery carriers, or when legally required. This website does not include advertising pixels or marketing analytics scripts.

Retention and your choices

We retain correspondence and order records as needed to provide services, keep required business records, and address disputes. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided by emailing us; legal or recordkeeping obligations may require retention of some information. Avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your order.

Security, changes and contact
