Products and pricing

ACS Home & Design offers decorative trees, floral arrangements, greenery, and custom décor. All listed prices are in U.S. dollars. Confirm dimensions, materials, customization, availability, and completion dates with us before paying. Styled product images show an edited setting; original photos are linked where available. Design renderings are labeled. Custom pieces may vary in shape, color, and arrangement.

Order requests and acceptance

The shopping cart creates an email request. Adding items to your cart or preparing an email does not reserve stock, confirm an order, or charge you. Send the email from your email app. We will confirm availability, specifications, fulfillment timing, applicable taxes and delivery charges, and the final total in writing before payment. Online checkout is not currently enabled.

Orders over $7,000 require review before approval by ACS Home & Design. Submitting an order request does not constitute approval.

Custom orders and payment

A 50% deposit is required to begin a confirmed custom order. The remaining payment schedule will be stated in your written order confirmation before you pay. Please do not email payment-card or bank-account details.

Delivery, shipping and pickup

Delivery within five miles of 32820 is included in the product price, subject to confirmation of the delivery address. Pickup is available by arrangement in Orlando near 32820. Other shipping or delivery costs depend on location and will be quoted before payment. Pickup is by appointment; no walk-in storefront is currently offered.

Timing and delays

Listed products are available to order and are produced within 4–5 business days after payment. Delivery transit time is additional. Any different timing for a personalized design or an order over $7,000 will be confirmed before payment. If a shipment cannot be made within the promised time, we will notify you of the delay and provide a revised date and cancellation/refund options as required by applicable law.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final for change-of-mind purchases. Review our Refund & return policy before payment. This does not remove remedies for damaged, incorrect, or undelivered items or rights required by law.
