Refund & return policy

All sales final

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, or offer change-of-mind refunds, for ready-made or custom products. Please confirm the size, color, design, and suitability of your item before paying. This policy applies once a purchase is confirmed; adding an item to your cart or sending an inquiry is not a purchase.

Cancellation requests

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us promptly. Change-of-mind cancellations are not guaranteed under our all-sales-final policy. We will explain the status of your order and any available options. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights required by law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your item upon receipt and contact us promptly if it is damaged, defective, or different from your confirmed order. Include your name, order reference if available, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. We will coordinate an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law. Contact us before returning an item so we can arrange return instructions and any required transportation.

Undelivered orders and shipping delays

If your order does not arrive as agreed, contact us so we can investigate. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled order. When shipment is delayed, we will provide the notices, cancellation choices, and refunds required by applicable law.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where possible. We will confirm when the refund is issued; your payment provider or bank determines when it appears in your account. Nothing in this policy excludes rights or refunds required by law.
